Mickey Ray Miller, our brother, and friend passed away Oct. 2, 2024, at home in Tooele, Utah. Mickey was born Feb. 3, 1940, to Ray and Gladys Miller in Heber City, Utah.

He married Sherri Lynn Reynolds in April of 1967. Mickey joined the Army in 1964 and served for four years before being honorably discharged in 1968.

Mickey loved to go fishing with Uncle Bert. He hunted and prospected for rocks and had a lifetime membership with the rock club in Tooele. Mickey loved his cats, gardening, and was a friend to everybody.

Mickey is survived by his three sisters Pauline Sessions of Fall City, Washington; Joan Tadd of West Valley City, Utah; and Alene Hardman of West Valley City, Utah.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Sherri; sister Janet Thacker of Riverton, Wyoming; and brother Ray E. Miller of Provo, Utah.

A viewing will be held Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, from 9:30-10:45 a.m., at Tate Mortuary, 110 S. Main St., Tooele, Utah. A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m., at the Heber City Cemetery, 680 N. 550 East, Heber City, Utah.
